- FGF is committed to a fair, respectful, and consistent process for all team members.
- I meet the minimum eligibility requirements at the time of applying, including:
- I have completed the required time in my current role
- I am in good standing, with:
- No active discipline
- No active formal counselling
- I meet FGF expectations for attendance, performance, and behaviour
- I have not received a written warning or Attendance Counselling Letter 2 in the past 12 months
- I understand that my application will be reviewed based on eligibility, readiness, and application order.
- I take personal accountability for applying only when I meet all requirements.
- I understand that if I apply and am not eligible at this time, I may reapply once I meet the requirements, but I will lose my original priority position.
- I understand that submitting this application does not change my current agency status unless I am formally approved and converted to FGF payroll.
